Courses and groups
We offer a range of courses and groups to help you understand your problems and learn practical skills to cope with them.
For some people, working through problems alongside other people who understand what they’re going through can really help.
The benefit of a group setting is that you can have a shared understanding of your problems, and shared learning of how to manage and overcome these problems in your life.
We normally have two people running each group and between 8 and 12 participants.
