Depression is one of the most common mental health challenges we face, and affects how you think and feel.
This group will help you identify, improve and manage symptoms of depression, such as low mood, negative thoughts, low energy, and sleep difficulties. This group runs over 10 weeks for 1.5 hours at our 84 Uxbridge Road location. This group is facilitated by two CBT therapists using techniques recommended by NICE (The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence), these techniques are the same ones we use for one to one CBT therapy.
In the group, you will have the opportunity to contribute, listen and learn from other clients’ experiencing similar symptoms to you, which can often be reassuring knowing you are not alone going through this and you will have the support from the group to also help you.
